What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Exchanges for a different size are free of charge, while returns for a refund incur a small restocking fee.
How do I care for my QMS gear?
Most of our cotton and canvas items are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry to preserve the fit and color of the fabric. For our waxed cotton items, spot clean only and do not use detergent.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
